Sidewalk Lifting and Leveling

Our no-dig concrete sidewalk leveling solution is a fast and effective way to lift and level uneven, cracked or sunken sidewalks.

An uneven sidewalk results when part of the sidewalk slab cracks and sinks downward. Cracked and tilted sidewalks are a serious problem. Fortunately, uneven sidewalks can many times be remedied with concrete sidewalk leveling via polyjacking.

We use a high density, industrial grade polyurethane to lift, level, and stabilize sinking sidewalks. Polyurethane foam injections can quickly and effectively lift and level concrete floors. This process, also known as polyjacking, saves time and money compared to concrete replacement. The process is:

  • Fast and Minimally Invasive
  • Polyurethane Injection Sidewalk Leveling
  • No Excavation
  • Cost Effective
  • Stabilize Soils
  • Lift, Level and Realign

Sidewalk Lifting and Leveling

Our polyurethane foam jacking solution sidewalk leveling application helps rehabilitate uneven, cracked sidewalk slabs.

A variety of issues can cause sidewalk slabs to settle leading to cracking and uneven surfaces. These issues vary from soil washout and improper drainage, expansive soils, soil vibration and compaction and a lot of other reasons. Whatever the cause, our no-dig sidewalk leveling solution is fast, effective, and can save your existing sidewalk at a fraction of the cost of replacement. The process is:

  • Fast and Minimally Invasive
  • Polyurethane Injection Garage Leveling
  • No Excavation
  • Cost Effective
  • Stabilize Soils
  • Lift, Level and Realign

How it works!

1. Polyurethane is injected into the void through the slab.

2. Polyurethane begins to expand and pack the void.

3. Once the void is filled, the polyurethane begins to exert upward force and lift the slab back to level.

Why Polyurethane Injection?

Our sidewalk leveling polyurethane injection process is cost-effective and requires no excavation. Once injected, the polymer aggressively seeks out voids, like how water seeks the path of least resistance. After a few short minutes the polymer reacts and begins to expand throughout the voids and the weak points in the soil. The polymer expands and then hardens to create a densified and compacted layer of soil that can now support the weight of the above structure.

  • Injections are made through 5/8” holes that are drilled through the slab
  • Once Injected, the polyurethane travels throughout the voids and expands up to 25 times through the soil
  • The polyurethane cures to 95% capacity within 25 minutes

Our polyjacking process is ideal for sidewalk leveling. Lifting concrete with polyurethane foam is cheaper than concrete replacement. Polyjacking is a reliable process used for years by many concrete-leveling contractors.

Sidewalk leveling AtlantaOur polymer injection application is a no excavation rocking slab stabilization solution, allowing for minimal impact to your structure. Our project footprint is minimal, requiring a small trailer, a hose running from the trailer, and small 5/8″ holes that are drilled through the structure to give us access to drive our rods to target locations and inject our high-density polyurethane.

We use TerraThane geotechnical polyurethanes that are light-weight and add minimal weight to the area. This is a major advantage because often times treatment is required because the added weight is to much for the geology of the area.

Our polymers set up to 95% capacity within 15 minutes, unlike other solutions which require 24-48 hours and ideal soil conditions. After 15 minutes, the material can be driven on and take on heavy loads.

Our polymers are environmentally inert and have no impact to the environment or groundwater

Not only is our process the fastest and most effective foundation and slab lifting application, but it is the most cost-effective too.
