Concrete Basement Floor Leveling
An uneven basement floor results when part of the basement slab cracks and sinks downward. Cracked and tilted basement floors are a serious problem. Fortunately, uneven basement floors can many times be remedied with concrete basement floor leveling via polyjacking.
Concrete Basement Floor Lifting with Polyjacking
At Concrete Leveling Solutions, we use a high density, industrial grade polyurethane to lift, level and stabilize sinking basement floors.
Polyurethane foam injections can quickly and effectively lift and level concrete floors. This process, also known as polyjacking, saves time and money compared to concrete replacement.
Eco-Friendly & Fast
Small 1/2″ holes are drilled through the sunken floor in a grid pattern. Ports are installed and the liquid polyurethane is injected under the slab. Polyurethane foam is lightweight, environmentally friendly and hydro-insensitive (meaning it is highly resistant to washout and not effected by water.) The polymer is highly expansive and will fill any voids underneath your floor and restore the weight-bearing capacity of your soil.
Your basement floors are repaired and ready for use within 15 minutes. Most basement leveling projects can be completed within a few days.
